We guarantee that all certification decisions are made free of conflicts of interest. Our auditors and employees work to the highest professional standards to ensure the competence and credibility of our certification.

We are committed to treating all our customers’ information as confidential and complying with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.

SSA TIC complies at all times with the applicable legal, normative, and accreditation-related requirements, in particular the international standards ISO/IEC 17021-1, ISO/IEC 27006-1, and ISO/IEC 27001, as well as the requirements of Akkreditierung Austria.

We are guided by transparency and fairness towards our customers. Valid certificates are published, and withdrawn or suspended certificates are marked as such.

Our management system is continuously monitored, evaluated, and improved. Results from internal audits, complaints, feedback, and management reviews are used to further develop our processes.
